A timber boundary fence adds warmth and privacy. We build with treated timber suited to Auckland weather. H4 posts handle ground contact. H3 rails and boards complete the run. Heights are usually 1.2, 1.5 or 1.8 metres. Taller may need consent. We set lines carefully, pour correct footings and finish with neat capping.
Finishes and Care
Stain or paint protects the timber and keeps it looking sharp. Plan for a refresh every two to five years depending on exposure. We provide care notes at handover.

Delivery and Handover
We plan works for term breaks where possible and stage boundaries by block. At handover we provide build and maintenance notes. Scheduled servicing is available for gates and motors.

We can include mowing strips to keep edges tidy. Where retaining walls meet fence lines we plan post locations and step downs so everything ties together neatly.
